Thomas Scott's 1854 Will names five daughters and one son: Nancy Pikett, Matilda Moore, Elizabeth Johnston, Julian Parsons, Doshy Kendall and Thomas Scott Jr., and names grandson Leroy J. Kendall executor. (Note: another daughter, Mary Scott, wife of Samuel S. Tucker, was not named in the will, but according to estate records received a share of the legacy)
